We provide buying service and international shipping service. We buy the items on your behalf from Taobao.com, as per your instruction, and deliver them to you with the shipping service of your choice. We do not sell any products or services. We may present in our site products with links to third party sites (mainly Taobao.com) only for your convenience.

Transaction Security
All payments made by you for our services are made through a secured Paypal Gateway using any major credit card. We do not hold, nor do we store any credit card information.

In average, domestic delivery takes 2-3 days to arrive to our warehouse. International delivery takes 2-5 days by DHL, 5-10 days by EMS and 10-20 days by AIR MAIL. However, the time for arrival does not depend on us and we are not liable to any delay in delivery. We always try our best to ask for information and give you the feedback in time.
The risk of loss or damage to your order shall pass to delivery company upon international shipping.

You can cancel your order anytime before it arrives to our warehouse. You can also cancel your order after it arrives to us and before international shipping on the condition that the seller allows. In the latter situation, we will help you negotiate with the seller for cancellation, but we do not guarantee the result. In either situation above, any costs, charges and expenses already incurred, including our commission and domestic shipping fee will not be returned.

Refunds and Returns
Any item that is defective upon arrival to our warehouse will be returned on your behalf to the shop for an exchange or a refund.

In the event of quality problem after your order has arrived to you, if the items are under warranty, we will help you return them for an exchange or refund; if they are not under warranty, we can help you negotiate with the seller for an exchange or refund. In either situation above, we will do it free of charge. But any expenses incurring in the process, including domestic and international shipping fee, will be on you.
